Wreaths Across America is initiating a supplier prequalification process in advance of an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). This effort is intended to identify qualified suppliers with the capability, expertise, and resources to support Wreaths Across America's annual need for over three million domestically grown balsam wreaths starting in the winter of 2027.

This notice is issued for information and prequalification purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation or a request for proposal at this time. Participation is voluntary, and no commitment to award or purchase is implied. Wreaths Across America assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Wreaths Across America has partnered with Dryden Group to administer this prequalification and RFP process on its behalf. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these services and is interested in participating in the prequalification process, please click the CONTACT button below to receive the prequalification materials. Interested parties should submit a request for the prequalification materials no later than June 1, 2026.

Completed prequalification materials should be submitted to the Dryden Group, no later than June 12, 2026. Upon review of the submitted prequalification materials, suppliers who successfully completed the prequalification process will be invited to participate in the formal RFP process, with additional details provided to those prequalified bidders.
