C TRP, 2-17 CAV "Condors", Army,
To the men who served with my husband in Vietnam from 1970-71, you are heroes. I listened to your stories at various reunions and came away in awe of your courage, your sense of humor, your honor, your loyalty, your ingenuity, and your unending bravery under fire. You never bragged and you downplayed any heroism in horrendous moments. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice.

Placing this wreath in memory of my father who served in the Army at the Battle of the Bulge. He almost lost his feet because of the brutal weather they all had to endure. So thankful for his service and proud to be his daughter. Love, Joan

My Uncle Roy died in a plane crash over Mt Shasta in 1945, ferrying planes from aircraft carriers in Seattle. He was a Hellcat pilot instructor during the war. He was 23 years old and his birthday was July 4th. My grandfather planted a tree by his grave in 1947, which still stands, over 75 feet tall.
